Panic Disorder

Panic disorder is an anxiety disorder where you experience regular panic attacks. Panic attack comes on suddenly without a reason or antecedent. There are at least ten signs and symptoms in panic disorder. Some of these signs and symptoms include increased heart rate, sweating, difficulty in breathing and dizziness. In a panic attack, the person experiences intense fear and may think that he or she is experiencing a life-threatening condition, such as a heart attack or a stroke. Panic attacks are unpredicted and sudden which causes great distress in a person’s life.
