Counsellors employ counselling techniques or psychotherapies to help clients resolve their concerns, walking alongside with them during their healing journey. Counsellors view clients' concerns through the same lens and apply relevant techniques or interventions to enable clients to re-assess their situations objectively. Counsellors also support clients in making changes to their thought processes to address and alleviate their emotional concerns.
