I love working with young and middle-aged adults, helping them improve leadership skills, enhance efficiency, build relationships, manage stress, work toward promotions, and embrace new responsibilities and changes.

Interventions that I use comprise mainly Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Positive Psychology, Motivational Interviewing for coaching and counselling; and if clients would like to tap into their subconscious resources, I would use hypnotherapy.
I worked in the financial and business sectors for many years, where I had held various senior positions. I am currently an independent non-executive director of a listed company, as well as a private company in the financial sector.
I am married with one young adult son. I am proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
