I am passionate to bring healing to people who have been through traumas and stressful experiences, to reclaim enjoyment in life. I empower my clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves to live their lives fully and purposefully; and revitalise couples and family to enrich their relationships and make positive changes. Through the counselling journey, we will explore new possibilities and unleash your potential to the fullest.

I have extensive experience in working with individuals and couples as well as family with emotional distress, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, early trauma and relationship issues. I enjoy working with clients to achieve their personal goals, enhance interpersonal relationships, and overcome emotional disturbances.

Different theories and approaches are adapted and blended to suit individual needs of each client. A key component to my practice is in developing a collaborative, compassionate and authentic therapeutic alliances with clients. I dedicate myself to listen to every individual’s heart, assist clients in exploring the past, creating peace in the present and feeling hope for the future.

My early career started in commercial background, working in a listed Fortune 500 multinational corporation to senior level. I also experience life adjustment through living in different countries. I understand the struggle and beauty in stepping out of one’s comfort zone, leading new possibilities and unleashing one’s potential to the fullest.
