I am passionate to empower individuals to overcome personal obstacles to live their lives fully and purposefully; and revitalize couples and family to enhance their relationships.  As a mother of two young children, I personally treasure and embrace the challenge of parenthood, and cherish to grow continuously in life. Through my personal experience, I particularly understand the challenge of working female to strive the balance of self, family and career.

My early career started in commercial background, working in a listed Fortune 500 multinational corporation for decades up to a senior level.  I experience and understand the struggle in stepping out of comfort zone, which resulting in exploring new possibilities and unleashing one’s potential and developing to the fullest.

I have extensive experience working with individuals and couples/family with emotional distress, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders, grief and loss issues, early trauma and relationship issues.  I enjoy working with clients to achieve their personal growth and enhance interpersonal relationship, overcoming emotional and behavioural issues.

A key component to my practice is in developing a collaborative, compassionate, authentic and comfortable therapeutic relationship with clients. I commit to provide support to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.  I dedicate to listen to every individual’s heart, assist client in exploring the past, creating peace in the present and feeling hope for the future.
